The Store

Debenhams on Oxford street, London,
It all happens in this store, it does,
So many hours are wasted, standing.
Dreams of contentedness are processed
Thoughts are gathered to make these real
Although distraction through my aching legs.

I have seen it all in these few years,
A confused man even jumped from second floor.
Now the staff there are some weirdos,
I will begin with the concessions, I will.
Doulton, a big black lady, un bully
She works with a chap straight but bent
Then the loafers are Dean, Sam and Seun.

Move onto Edinburgh the worlds finest crystal
They forced me to say this, it may not be true.
Erica, deaf in one ear, throwback to the 60's,
Rude as can be because she cannot hear.
Then there is Rick and he is so FAT.

Arthur Price has a selection of people,
Beginning with Matt who discarded his suit
Then there is Cass who threatens with knives
Because I take the piss, the piss I take.
Zulfi has been there forever and it shows.
Jalal is dozy dope smoker, who laughs all the time.
Claire was shipped in as Henry revealed all,
She told me to paint big, now I paint tall.

Now onto Debenhams and weird contradictions,
Chad is the Devil and Darren is the dunce,
Shirin is Dean's Queen and Ayesha's friend
Simon plays pool but quite like a cheat,
I am the best though, because I hate to get beat.
